Individuals with disabilities are invited to join the Beautiful Lives Project and New York City Ballet for one of their incredible Access Workshops at the NYCB’s Rehearsal Studios on
🗓 Monday, May 4, 2026—11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This 90-minute interactive experience will be co-led by two NYCB dancers and accompanied by a live NYCB pianist. Participants will be guided through an accessible warm-up and learn choreography inspired by ballets the company will perform this spring. Both standing and seated movement options will be available to support all ability levels. The program will conclude with a Q&A session with the artists.

• Take the elevator to the 7th floor
