Runway Rockstars: Inclusive Fashion Show Films in DFW
Every person is unique and valuable, especially those born with disadvantages who must work harder than everyone else - each and every day. Runway Rockstars is an inclusive fashion show that celebrates the beauty of human life, the love of family, the making of friendships, and the triumph over challenges. In the spirit of Make-A-Wish foundation, with the charm of Returning the Favor and the energy of America's Got Talent - Beautiful Lives Project kicks the doors wide open with our first in-person event since the Covid-19 pandemic.

Runway Rockstars will bring dreams to life on July 3 in McKinney, TX. This event will feature local talent strutting their stuff down the runway during the town's Annual Red, White, and BOOM Festival held in the town's Historic Downtown Square. With team-building events and styling sessions leading up to the big day, local businesses, boutiques, salons, and volunteers will have the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with participants, families, and caregivers. This event will give our participants a once-in-a-lifetime experience and allow the able community to feel the life, joy, and purpose that radiates from our disabled and special needs population. It is our ultimate goal with events like this to break down barriers, foster understanding, and opens pathways to employment and opportunities.

In an exciting twist, Fieldwork Media will produce the Runway Rockstars: McKinney for a recurring reality TV show called: Beautiful Lives Project. Each show opens highlighting a special needs organization and its work in a community.  Within that community, we highlight a special needs individual and through their story get a better grasp of the unknown challenges of living with physical and/or cognitive disabilities, learn what their dream is for a perfect day. To celebrate this special individual, with the help of family and friends, host Sean O'Hare, and the Beautiful Lives Project team, work together to create their special day.  As appropriate, celebrities, prominent brands, and disability advocates will participate in these celebration events.

Making the McKinney show a successful production is crucial in bringing it to cities across the country. Just imagine the joy a production like this could bring to the disabled community in small towns across America - towns like yours. We need your help to make this a reality. Please help us build momentum by sharing this story and by volunteering to help. If you cannot attend the show physically but would like to donate funds, all donations made through the link below will be earmarked for and go directly to produce Runway Rockstars: McKinney. Sponsorship packages for businesses are available, too. For more information, please contact stacy@beautifullives.org.

We look forward to seeing you on the runway!
